The sales process

If the owner of the domain name accepts your offer, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours. The domain transfer process can be performed in two ways:
• Direct transfer
  A written agreement will be signed between you and the seller.
  Upon passing an executed agreement by fax to the seller.
  You send the full amount of sale via wire transfer to the bank account denoted by seller.
  The seller will transfer the whole ownership and controls over the domain within 12hours after receiving the fund.
• Escrow transfer
  The transaction is being performed involving escrow.com - an independent third party transaction management service. Seller registers at escrow.com web site and initiates a domain name transfer transaction. Buyer accepts the terms of the transaction and pays the full amount of sale to the escrow account via wire transfer or credit card. Upon securing funds escrow.com instructs the seller to pass the domain name to buyer. Buyer receives control over the domain name and notifies escrow.com. Escrow.com then releases funds to the seller. We will cover the escrow fees.
